Course
Northwest out of Albany at sunrise. Schenectady, then backcountry roads through Ballston, west of Saratoga. Catch the Hudson at Corinth and follow it north to Warrensburg.
The last forty are where it tilts up. Route 9 along Schroon Lake. Over Hurricane Mountain through Elizabethtown. Reverse the Ironman descent through Keene to the village. Some of the hardest and most beautiful riding you'll do this time of year.
